Terms & Conditions for Using the okazz Platform

Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the okazz platform available at okazz.io ("the Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and okazz ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by okazz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of the okazz Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time. okazz reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, okazz will provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with okazz's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other document on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the okazz Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years of age. okazz will verify your age upon registration and again before processing your first withdrawal. If you are found to be under the age of 21 at any point, your account will be immediately suspended, all pending bets will be void, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment source after deduction of any bonuses received.

2.2 Geographical Restrictions

okazz primarily serves players based in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. okazz makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in locations other than those it explicitly targets. Players accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are not eligible to collect winnings.

2.3 Capacity

By registering on okazz, you represent that you are not acting as an agent on behalf of a third party, that you are not registering on behalf of a business entity, and that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one okazz account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. okazz employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, okazz reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the individual, forfeit bonus balances, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your okazz account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are required to promptly update your account information if any details change. okazz may request supporting documentation to verify the information you have provided, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by okazz may result in account restriction or closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okazz account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. okazz will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify okazz immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting support via your account dashboard.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okazz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). okazz does not accept payments in foreign currencies. Any attempt to fund an account using an unsupported payment method may result in the transaction being declined and the funds being returned to the originating source.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per calendar day, as specified within your account dashboard. These limits may vary depending on your payment method, account verification status, and applicable responsible gaming settings you have applied to your account. okazz reserves the right to adjust platform-wide deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the qualifying deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practice. okazz aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in your account dashboard. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification checks before processing. okazz reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) checks if such checks have not previously been completed on your account.

4.4 Fees

okazz charges no platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Fees charged by your payment provider are outside okazz's control and are your responsibility. For Visa and Mastercard transactions, please consult your card issuer regarding applicable international transaction charges.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

okazz operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. okazz reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any account where transaction patterns give rise to concern under AML guidelines. Failure to cooperate with AML requests may result in the temporary or permanent restriction of withdrawal facilities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by okazz are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds restrictions for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Real-money funds are always used before bonus funds in the transaction sequence.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

okazz strictly prohibits the exploitation of bonuses through techniques including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, placing offsetting bets across different accounts or platforms to guarantee a profit from a bonus, and providing false registration information to qualify for a new-player offer. Where okazz identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void any winnings derived from the abuse, cancel the bonus, and close the associated account without prior notice.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on okazz are final once confirmed by the platform. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip in full before confirming a wager. okazz will not accept requests to void bets on the grounds of user error once a bet has been confirmed, except in circumstances where okazz is satisfied that a manifest pricing error occurred on the platform's part.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all betting markets and are displayed within each market view. okazz reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts where warranted by risk management considerations, without providing detailed reasons for such limits.

6.3 Void Bets

okazz reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: where a pricing error is identified that would not have been accepted under normal market conditions; where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the period specified in the applicable sport's rules; where a bet is placed on a market that was opened in error; or where there is evidence of match manipulation or corrupt activity affecting the relevant event. Voided bets are refunded to the customer's okazz account balance at the original stake amount.

6.4 In-Play Betting

okazz offers in-play (live) betting on cricket, football, esports, and other sports markets. In-play odds are updated in real time and may change or be suspended at any point. A bet is only confirmed once the platform has accepted it at the displayed price. okazz will not honour bets placed after the relevant event action has concluded, even if a delay in data transmission meant the market was still displayed as open at the time of placement.

7. Casino Games

7.1 Game Providers

Casino games available on okazz are supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. All game providers are subject to contractual obligations with okazz to maintain fair, audited, and certified random outcomes. Game rules for each title are accessible within the game interface itself.

7.2 Return to Player (RTP)

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and casino game is determined by the game provider and is indicated within the game's information panel. RTP figures represent long-run statistical averages across all players and all sessions and do not constitute a guarantee of individual player outcomes in any given session.

7.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or server outage that causes a casino game session to terminate unexpectedly, okazz will restore the game session to its last reliably recorded state using server-side game logs. If restoration is not possible, the outstanding real-money stake for the interrupted round will be refunded to your account balance. okazz is not liable for losses arising from force majeure events, third-party infrastructure outages, or failures attributable to the player's own device or internet connection.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okazz Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Platform's software, games, or payment systems;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using stolen payment credentials or payment methods that do not belong to you;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt activity related to events available for betting on the Platform;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financially criminal activity;
• Allowing or encouraging another person to use your okazz account;
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live casino games or poker-format games;
• Any conduct that okazz reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other users, okazz staff, or the integrity of the Platform.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by okazz

okazz reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice if okazz has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the Platform. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified by email and given an opportunity to respond, except where providing such notice would compromise the investigation.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your okazz account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat in your account dashboard. Prior to processing a closure request, okazz will prompt you to withdraw any available real-money balance. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests will be actioned within five business days of receipt.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude from the okazz Platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so via the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. Self-exclusion is available for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 weeks, or permanently. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 12 months and requires written confirmation of the player's identity before any reversal is considered.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the okazz Platform — including but not limited to the okazz brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, written content, game assets (as supplied by partner providers), promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of okazz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from okazz.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

okazz collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. okazz implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and follows industry best-practice standards for the storage and protection of personal information. okazz does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with game providers, payment processors, and regulatory compliance partners only to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okazz excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or third-party infrastructure failures;

• Any decision you make based on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits okazz's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by okazz's own negligence, to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.

13. Responsible Gaming

okazz is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended as a form of adult entertainment and should never be regarded as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. okazz provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at no charge from the account dashboard:

14. Amendments to These Terms

Where an amendment is non-material — for example, a correction of typographical errors or clarification of existing provisions — it may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.2.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. okazz operates as a digital-first platform and endeavours to resolve all player disputes through direct engagement via the customer support team in the first instance.

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the okazz Platform or these Terms, you should first submit your complaint via the live chat support function in your account dashboard. okazz aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a full response within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of okazz's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter in writing to the contact address provided in Section 16 of these Terms.

okazz makes no warranty that the Platform is appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction, and players access the Platform at their own risk in jurisdictions where okazz does not explicitly operate.
